FLASH!!!  Just in off the AP Hotline....Pres Bush Resigned and dragged screaming vp cheney with him.  Immediately new President Nancy Pelosi named Lou Dobbs as VP; Speaker of House as Joe Biden; Paula Zahn was named Secretary of State; Jack Cafferty named as Secretary of Defense; new Homeland Security is Anderson Cooper;new Attorney General is John Murtha, and new UN Ambassedor is Wolf Blitzer.
Pres Pelosi immediately ordered all American troops out of Iraq, Afghanistan, as well as more locations to be named later.  Pres Pelosi then ordered that every US citizen will have Government paid healthcare.  Finally Pres Pelosi ordered that New Orleans be completely rebuilt to what it was before the hurricane.
Former Republican officials were seen packing their belongings and leaving Washington.
Bush stated he did it in time for the 4th of July celebrations.
